Packages need to be small enough to be carried securely and safely. As a guide, we can take cartons up to A4 size (12x9x9). If the package is flat, for example design artwork, it can be up to A3. If you tell us the size of your package when you book, we can tell you the best way to transport it.
Standard Goods in Transit Insurance is available up to £1,000 per consignment, subject to the Company’s Terms & Conditions — just ask us for a copy. Larger amounts can be insured by prior arrangement, though there may be additional charges.
Nothing. We don’t have any minimum expenditure requirement, or admin or service charges. However, it does save you time and give you peace of mind.
Depending on availability, we do take bookings even if you don’t have an account, paid by cash or credit/debit card.
A saloon car seats 4, and a people carrier seats 6. Just let us know how many you are, and whether you’re taking any goods or luggage, and we’ll send along the most suitable vehicle(s).
